[2w/Aug] Today Usability Improvement, Members tab, Credit tab

We are the team Reverse Mountain, creating Tickitacka. Starting with this update, we plan to share weekly update notes. Through this, we aim to show many people the progress of our service and foster communication. In this first note, we are unveiling the improved Today page and the newly created Members tab!

πŸ’‘ This Week's Spotlight

Today Page UX Improvement πŸ—“οΈ

We've improved the overall UX of the Today page. We've removed the space for schedule summary and history, and reorganized the layout to use space more generously. We plan to continuously improve usability through user testing. We're planning to add features based on ideas from planner users, so please share your ideas in the feedback tab at the top.

[Expansion of Ten-Minute Planner Creation Method]

Previously, you could draw plans in the Ten-Minute Planner by clicking the draw button for today's tasks. With this update, you can now draw plans directly in the Ten-Minute Planner to create tasks. This should make it easier to plan your day. There are several other improvements as well:

  • Today's tasks now display time, place, and priority together.

  • You can open the Wall by clicking the Wall button to edit content or leave a Thread.

  • You can set the priority of today's tasks by clicking Priority.

  • We've moved the delete button into the "..." more options button for easier task deletion.

  • Planner time has changed from 04:00~03:59 to 00:00~23:59.

  • We've introduced a design system including colors. We plan to gradually expand this to other tabs.

Please try it out and if you need any additional settings or features, write them in the Feature request section.

Members Tab πŸ‘¨β€πŸ‘§β€πŸ‘¦

A Members page has been added to the team section. You can check your team members' daily plans, to-dos, and upcoming schedules. You can also view weekly reports that are automatically generated by linking weekly meetings and Ten-Minute Planners. Share what goals each team member worked towards this week and what tasks they completed, 'without additional work'. Secure time to focus on your work while simultaneously maintaining your contribution level.

Credit Tab βœ…

Previously, we had a structure where credits were given and feedback was provided briefly during weekly meetings. Now, we've added a Credits tab to the Members page, allowing for more detailed feedback on team members. Credit managers can conduct evaluations by clicking on the credit indicator and leave feedback on the right side. Check the indicator next to the member on the left to see which team members you need to give credits to and whether you've already given them credits.

Team Goal Page 🎯

On the Team Goals page, you can create goals for our team for the year, this quarter, this month, and this week. Click the 'Create sub-goal' button under the monthly goal 'August Today Improvement' to create and link weekly goals such as 'Today Improvement Work' and 'Additional QA after Update'. Let's set big goals for our team and create detailed objectives to achieve these goals, moving step by step towards our targets.

πŸ¦‹ Butterfly Touches

Priority πŸ₯‡

Time in a day is limited, which is why setting priorities is crucial. There's a time management test involving filling a jar with rocks. If you start with small rocks, there's not enough space for big rocks. But if you place big rocks first and fill gaps with smaller ones, the jar is efficiently filled. The same applies to time management. By handling the three 'big rocks' (priorities) first, you can flexibly manage less important tasks with the remaining time. This approach contributes significantly to overall productivity improvement and goal achievement through:

  • Enhanced focus: Concentrating on the three most important tasks allows for efficient use of energy and time.

  • Increased sense of achievement: Accomplishing three main goals provides satisfaction of having spent a productive day.

  • Overload prevention: Not trying to do many tasks simultaneously reduces stress and improves work quality.

In this update, we've made priority setting easier and more effective. List your tasks for today based on your goals, and consider which three are most important. Then, allocate time in the Ten-Minute Planner accordingly. Your day will be more fulfilling and successful.

🐞 Bug Fix

  • We have resolved the bug causing infinite loading of the credit roll.

  • \We have fixed the bug causing the timeline to glitch in the team dashboard.

πŸ‘Ÿ Upcoming

  • We are planning and developing a mobile version to broaden our points of contact with you.

  • We plan to provide a space for meetings and sharing opinions through the Meeting Notes feature.

  • We will address the process following credits and feedback through the 1-on-1 meeting feature within teams.

  • We will enhance the product's completeness by expanding the design system overall.

  • We are creating a structure that allows for annual/quarterly/monthly meetings on the group page where multiple teams are gathered.
