The meaning of ‘spending time’
What does it mean to "spend time"? It's certainly not just watching the hands of a clock move. I believe spending time is the process of filling our experiences, emotions, and thoughts. We spend time working, resting, and being with loved ones. In these processes, we experience, feel, and think. Perhaps spending time encompasses everything in our lives. That's why how we spend our time, with whom, and doing what is more important than anything else.
If we expand on this concept, "spending time together" can be seen as the process of sharing experiences, emotions, and thoughts. This process of sharing enriches our experiences, emotions, and thoughts even further. And "looking back on the time spent" can be described as the process of reflecting on our experiences, emotions, and thoughts to strive for a better version of ourselves. In this update of Ticki tacka, we've introduced features that allow you to spend time "together" and "reflect" on your time more effectively! Check them out below 😃
The first update is the 'Share Schedule' feature. Send notifications for events like meetings or appointments where you'll spend time together! Now you can invite each other to schedules and manage your time more efficiently. Wondering how to send an invitation? A 'Share Schedule' section has been added to the wall of the event you want to share. Here, you can select friends and team members and send an invitation message. The moment you press the confirm button, your invited friends will see a message like the one shown below. Take a look at the bottom right corner of the screen!
When you click on the schedule invitation message, you can view information about the invited event. Pressing "Accept" will add the schedule to your planner! Already have plans at that time? In this case, you can choose between two options. The first is to overwrite the existing schedule, and the second is to adjust the existing schedule to accommodate the invited event. You'll be able to clearly see where the new schedule will fit and what parts need to be modified, as shown below!
If the title, location, or time has changed, the schedule manager (indicated by a crown) can modify the schedule and send notifications. Participants will receive notifications about schedule changes and can reflect them! Since the wall Thread for shared schedules is shared with everyone, it's a good idea to write any announcements here. Please note that if participants other than the manager change the title, location, or time of the schedule, it will only be reflected in their own planner.
When the schedule manager deletes the schedule, they can transfer management rights to another participant before deleting (if there are no participants to transfer to, it will be deleted immediately). The user who deleted the schedule will be marked as not attending.
The new 'Share Schedule' feature can take your schedule management and collaboration to the next level!
Efficient time management: Easily share and coordinate schedules with friends or team members for more efficient time use
Smooth communication: Easily convey schedule changes or notifications through the wall for smooth communication
Flexible schedule adjustment: Provide options to adjust or overwrite existing schedules in case of conflicts, allowing for flexible responses
Clear role distinction: Responsibilities and authorities are clearly distinguished, enabling more systematic schedule management
Real-time updates: Send immediate notifications to participants when schedules change, ensuring everyone has the latest information
We hope your schedule management becomes even smarter. We're working on making the Share Schedule feature available for mobile notifications. We expect the development to be completed in about a week, allowing you to receive notifications through the app! Please wait just a little longer. We appreciate your interest and use of this feature! 😊
New features for planning and reflection have been added to the mobile app! First, a 'Done' button has been added to the bottom right of the Today tab. Pressing this button allows you to summarize your plans for today and set priorities. The schedules at the time you press 'Complete Planning' are saved separately. Our schedules don't always go as planned, right? Naturally, the timing of schedules changes, and other events get inserted. When you press the 'Review' button at the end of the day, you can compare your planned schedule with how you actually spent your time. In the reflection section, you can write down your thoughts and feelings from the day, looking back on your day, and move any unfinished tasks to tomorrow. These features work identically on the web version, providing the same user experience!
These features will help users manage their schedules more systematically, analyze their time usage patterns, and facilitate continuous self-improvement.
The days you've accumulated can be viewed weekly with statistics and content. You can check this by going to the 'Review' button in the Profile tab! Here, you can see at a glance which categories you spent more time on during the week, what you did each day, and how you felt. Like the features mentioned above, this page can be used identically on the web version, providing a consistent user experience across devices. Now you can easily record on mobile and conveniently check your progress!
We've improved the settings UI! We've integrated with various services like Google Calendar, Slack, and more, and we have plans for more integrations in the future. To accommodate this, we've reorganized the settings page. We've added category settings to the personal settings page. Previously, categories could only be set within the wall, but based on user testing, we've made it possible to add and edit categories in the settings tab as well. Google Calendar settings have also been made more prominent. The Ticki tacka LAB section now contains information necessary for upcoming new features! Currently, there's an MBTI field for the feedback generator.
The team settings page has also been improved. By dividing the page into three spaces, we've made the team member list and group member management more visible. You'll be able to see much more information at a glance while having a more spacious layout than before. Easily find and manage team member addition, Slack integration, and team storage management.
You can now check Ticki tacka's latest update notes by clicking the update note button (light bulb) in the top right corner of Ticki tacka! We've implemented an AI summary of this update note you're currently reading to briefly highlight the key points. If you want more detailed information, click below to move to the detailed page. Since update notes are uploaded in real-time as they're written, you'll be able to access Ticki tacka's update content immediately!
We've created a comprehensive view screen where you can see all your KPT reflections in one place! By clicking the "View Details" button next to the reflection list in the Review tab, you can check all your reflection posts as shown below. We've improved usability with a simple button and page, addressing the inconvenience of having to flip through weeks to find reflections.
Wondering what your friend or team member is up to? If you feel a bit awkward asking directly, try expressing your curiosity by pressing the "Curious About Your Plan" button! You can send a notification by clicking the 🤔 icon in the top right corner when you open a friend's profile. When you send a notification, your friend will receive a push notification and can then create a plan for the day. You can also use this as a gentle reminder for team members who might have forgotten to make their plans!
We've added iPhone mobile widgets! You can check your to-dos and schedules for today, and mark them as completed right away. You can adjust the size to your preference. Even without directly entering the app, you can review your day, accomplish tasks one by one, and have a productive day!

Finally, CEO Gyungmin and CTO Dongsik have returned from their trip to the United States. They came back with an armful of good news! Among the 15 teams participating in the program, we were selected as one of the two top-performing teams to present at the performance sharing session (despite being the team with the lowest investment stage). They returned with contracts, LOIs, and partnerships with several US companies, along with the initiation of Project ‘H’ linked to Ticki tacka, and the establishment of Ticki tacka's direction. It feels like this moment will be seen as another major turning point when we look back six months from now. They worked incredibly hard, and we're very proud of them.
CRO Jaejun gave a lecture on 'performance management' at a well-known domestic sports company. It was an event to share insights gained while creating Ticki tacka and build relationships. There are two more performance sharing presentations scheduled for next week, and an exhibition planned at a strategy conference. And the last week of November is set for a business trip to Vietnam. As before, Jaejun is moving incredibly busy without rest. We pledged together to achieve great results. The thought of accomplishing even more before the end of this month makes our hearts race every day.
