Aligning Team Goals Through Systematic Communication
Is your team's direction aligned with that of its members? Alignment between the team and its members is a crucial factor in an organization's success. When all members are moving towards the same goal, the team's efficiency and productivity greatly improve. However, this doesn't happen naturally. It requires intentional effort and a systematic approach. Tikitaka is a service designed for this purpose. The Tickitacka mobile app has been released! We've reduced the inconvenience of only being able to plan your day and record to-dos on the web. We've designed and developed it to maintain the same usability as the web version as much as possible. Existing users of the web version of Tickitacka will be able to quickly familiarize themselves with it. Now you can manage your schedule and check your to-dos on your smartphone anytime, anywhere!The Tickitacka mobile app currently consists of four tabs:
The first tab, Today, allows you to easily write your ten-minute planner and create and check off to-dos.
The second tab, Friends, lets you view the daily schedules and current activities of users registered as friends.
The third tab, Chat, enables you to communicate freely and casually with other users.
The fourth tab, Profile, allows you to edit your information and adjust settings such as notifications.
The Ticki tacka mobile app is now available on both the iPhone App Store and Android Play Store. You can easily download it by searching for "Ticki tacka" in either store. The current version focuses on core functionalities such as:
Ten-minute planner creation
To-do list creation
Chat feature
Schedule viewing
These basic features were prioritized for the initial release. However, the development team plans to incorporate more web-based features into the app in future updates. Some of the upcoming features include:
Notifications for friends of interest
Reminders for daily plan schedules
Threads
Team member lists
Daily and weekly reviews
Goal setting for weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly periods
Team functionality
The developers will keep users informed about the mobile app's update process through update notes. This gradual integration of features will enhance the app's functionality and bring it closer to the web version's capabilities.

Unlike the existing todos/calender service, Ticki Tacka mobile app that provides a special time management service called TenMinute Planner. Individual users should try it, and feel free to give feedback!
Do you use Slack? Ticki tacka now offers Slack integration. This new feature enables information sharing between Ticki tacka and Slack. When you complete a plan in Ticki tacka, it's automatically shared in your Slack channel, making team communication more efficient. At 9 AM, team members receive a reminder in the Slack channel to create their plan in Ticki tacka, helping them remember to use the tool consistently. To set up Slack integration, follow these steps:
Go to the Settings tab of your Ticki tacka team.
Find and select the 'Install Slack' option.
Log in to your Slack workspace and approve permissions for the Ticki tacka app.
Invite @Ticki tacka bot to the Slack channel where you want to receive notifications by mentioning it in the chat.
You're all set! (Check for notifications when team members mark their plans as complete in Today.)
We highly recommend setting up this integration if your team uses both Ticki tacka and Slack. It will make using these two tools together even more convenient and useful!
We've completed a revamp of the Ticki Tacka main homepage! This was necessary due to the numerous feature updates and to align with our expansion into the US market. We've incorporated the latest UI and directional videos and guides, allowing you to get a more comprehensive overview of the current Ticki Tacka. Check out how Ticki Tacka can be utilized from both team leader and team member perspectives, along with the associated benefits.
You can easily switch languages by clicking on ENG/KOR at the top of the page. By selecting 'Contents' in the top navigation bar, you can access these update notes you're currently reading. The ability to easily navigate to desired dates is a small but crucial UX feature. In this update, we've focused on improving this aspect. We've resolved the issue where clicking on dates from the previous or next month in the opened calendar didn't navigate to those dates. Now, you can move between dates more conveniently.Furthermore, we've consistently implemented the 'Go to Today' button, which was previously only available in the Today section, across all applicable pages. You can now find this button in the Calendar, Team Home, Weekly Meetings, Members Tab, Team Goals, and Weekly Dashboard. Use the 'Go to Today' button to intuitively check which day/week you're currently viewing and easily navigate to today/this week!
I was experiencing once or twice when I was writing a thread on a ticki tacka wall and it went off when I pressed esc and all of the content flew away. While writing, I improved it to keep the wall from closing through esc. Now don't worry about it!
We have 'Expand All' and 'Collapse All' features in the Team Status tab! Now spread out your personal weekly goals that you used to check by pressing them one by one from team weekly goals. Spread out as much as you want to see from big to small goals and check our current situation easily.
We've resolved the issue where the progress bar, although hidden and invisible, remained in place and could still be detected by the mouse cursor.
We've addressed the bug where participants were not being displayed on the weekly status board.
We are developing integration features for Google Calendar and team calendars.
We plan to enhance our mobile app with advanced functionality.
We are improving the usability of our review feature.
We're upgrading our meeting notes to provide better support for note-taking and communication.
We will be introducing AI-powered feedback scoring and an MBTI-tailored feedback correction assistant.
The US team is working tirelessly to create PoC opportunities and collaboration prospects. Their intense work ethic is evident in the Ten-Minute Planners shared on Ticki Tacka, revealing their dedication and busy schedules. Meanwhile, the Korean team is equally busy, supporting the US team while simultaneously improving Ticki Tacka's service and developing new features. Without Ticki Tacka, we might not have been aware of each other's hard work, potentially leading to misunderstandings. This transparent and honest sharing truly fosters recognition and understanding.
We recently held a booth exhibition in Gwanghwamun, Seoul. Although it wasn't targeted at startups or businesses, we promoted our newly launched mobile app and met many people. As a result, over 100 people downloaded the Ticki Tacka app, helping us quickly establish our presence in the app stores. We had the opportunity to engage in lengthy conversations with some visitors, gaining valuable insights into features they'd like to see in Ticki Tacka and learning about the shortcomings of their current planner/to-do services. This proved to be an excellent experience for gathering user feedback and understanding market needs.
