💡 This Week's Spotlight

Service Shell Update 🐚

In service design, the "shell" refers to the external case or housing of a product. It is an important element that protects the internal components and determines the overall atmosphere and shape of the product. With this update, Tickitacka has designed and applied a new shell, which will significantly enhance your focus on content! On the Personal page, the shell is composed of gray tones, while the Team page features blue tones. This allows you to intuitively see where you currently are.

The navigation in the top left corner for personal/team has also been improved. When you switch to Team, you will be taken directly to the team space you were working on last, and similarly, moving to Personal will take you back to your previous personal space. By clicking the Today button (box check icon) on the left side of Personal, you can quickly navigate to the Today page with the Ten-Minute Planner. You can check your current location using the breadcrumb navigation at the top of the shell and easily move back and forth.

ReflectGlobal Time 🌎

For Tickitacka's global expansion, some team members are heading to the United States at the end of September! We've been selected for a global accelerating program, which presents a great opportunity. Since time overseas differs from domestic time, it was necessary to reflect the time zone of the current location. This was needed for our team, and also when having local users in the U.S. try out the service.

Consequently, we've implemented global time, allowing us to see what our team members are doing right now and what goals they're pursuing, even though we're physically far apart. The service will reflect changes when you adjust your computer's system time zone.

Plan Progress Bar 🍫

What task or activity are you focusing on right now? Concentrating on your current goals is crucial not only for efficiency but also for life satisfaction. The "Deadline Effect" demonstrates this impact. The Deadline Effect refers to the phenomenon where productivity and focus dramatically improve as the deadline for a given task or project approaches. This progress bar was created to harness the Deadline Effect.

The progress bar allows you to grasp your work progress at a glance, making time management easier. By visually confirming the remaining time, you can adjust your work pace. Use this to increase productivity, improve time management skills, and enhance your focus on tasks.

• Productivity improvement: It prevents distractions from other tasks and helps you immerse yourself in the present.

• Focus enhancement: Through the Deadline Effect, it eliminates unnecessary thoughts and allows you to fully concentrate on the given task.

After planning your day and clicking the 'Done' button, the progress bar is created! You can open the bulletin board immediately by clicking the bulletin board button (diagonal double-headed arrow). You can hide the progress bar by clicking the hide button on the right side of the progress bar, and bring it back by clicking the recall button next to the help button at the top. The progress bar will display the remaining time starting 10 minutes before the schedule ends. Don't forget to click the 'Done' button after planning your day!

🐞 Bug Fix

• We have resolved the issue where announcements were not appearing in weekly meetings.

• We have fixed the error where categories(colors) were not reflected in the Today Ten-Minute Planner.

• We have addressed the bug where the sidebar would turn gray when rapidly clicking the back button.

• We have resolved the registration error.We have fixed the bug that prevented setting date ranges in the Drive.

👟 Upcoming

• We plan to provide a space for meetings and sharing opinions through the Meeting Notes feature.

• We are creating a structure that allows for annual/quarterly/monthly meetings on the group page where multiple teams are gathered.

• We plan to enable the creation and monitoring of KPIs linked to goals.

• We are developing a tab for the team's current weekly status board.

• We are planning and developing a mobile version to activate notification and chat functions.

🗞️ Team news

• New Team Member: We welcomed Ji-hyun, who will be working on AI-related tasks. Interestingly, her first day coincided with her birthday! We look forward to collaborating on various exciting projects together.

• Birthday Celebration: Today, the 30th, marks the birthday of Brian, the representative from the design partner Helen team. He has been a significant business asset, and our relationship has grown very close. Happy birthday!

• Global Acceleration Program: As previously mentioned, some team members will be flying to the U.S. in September as part of the global acceleration program. Let's work hard to create many positive outcomes! Let’s go!
