[4w/Sep] Indicator, Monthly Meeting, Status, Project Map

AI-Powered, People-Centered Project Management
Tickitacka provides a system that allows teams to focus more on 'people' when managing projects. We're uploading an update note after just one month. Tickitacka team has gone through the process of developing major features and conducting QA to complete a large cycle of the service. With this update, you'll be able to see the addition of monthly, quarterly, annual meeting features, team weekly status board tab, and project map tab! Moreover, you can now set 'indicators' for goals and schedules throughout the service. Take a look at each feature below! πŸ˜€

πŸ’‘ This Week's Spotlight

Monthly/Quarterly/Annual Meeting πŸ“

We've added monthly, quarterly, and annual meeting features that allow for discussing and setting higher-level goals than the existing weekly meetings. Regular meetings are essential for improving organizational efficiency and communication. This is because setting goals for our organization yearly, quarterly, and monthly allows us to have a cleardirection.

To achieve this, organizations set annual goals in the yearly meeting, determining what they aim to accomplish this year. To achieve these, they create quarterly goals in the quarterly meetings. Then, to achieve these quarterly goals, monthly goals are discussed in the monthly meetings. This connects to weekly meetings, linking team weekly goals and team members' weekly goals, ultimately extending to team members' daily plans. Tickitacka shows the connection from the organization's big goals to team members' detailed goals at a glance, and delivers insights from this process.
(This can be conducted at the group level, which is a higher concept than teams, and is available in the paid version)

In the group's M/Q/Y Meeting tab, you can create meetings and check the list of created meetings. When you enter a meeting, you can check the goals from the previous period (month, quarter, year) and see how much progress has been made. Based on this, you can create goals for the current period. Use the minutes section on the right to record important content as you proceed with the meeting!

Team Status Board πŸ’―

Wondering how our team's goals are progressing and to what extent? Check out the Weekly Status tab on the team page! Now you can see at a glance all the valuable goals created in our weekly meetings and check their progress. Manage and review team goals, persons in charge/participants, and indicators all in one place. By clicking the arrow next to the team weekly goal owner, you can also see individual weekly goals of team members.

  • Improved goal visibility: Being able to see all goals at once makes it easy to grasp the overall direction and progress.

  • Enhanced transparency: Sharing goals and progress among team members contributes to building trust and facilitating smooth communication.

  • Data-driven decision making: Make decisions based on real-time checks of goal progress and performance indicators.

Project Map πŸ—ΊοΈ

Wondering what happens to all the data we've diligently accumulated and connected? Check out all the data in the Project Map! This is where all the connections between team and team members' goals are archived and displayed in a continuous flow. Knowing how their daily tasks contribute to the team and organization's goals has a significant impact on team members' daily motivation. See where your goals and schedules are making an impact.

You can view the Project Map by going to the Project tab in your team and clicking on a project. In the upper right corner, there's a toggle to highlight goals related to you, and we've created a filter to set the time period. The Project Map will evolve to effectively show our organization's data, including indicators and posts in the future.

  • Understanding the overall structure: You can clearly see the overall structure and direction of organizational goals.

  • Enhanced recognition of individual contributions: Team members can clearly see how their daily work contributes to team and organizational goals, recognizing the importance of their individual roles.

  • Promoting collaboration: It's easy to understand the work relationships between team members, facilitating smoother collaboration when needed.

πŸ¦‹ Butterfly Touches

Indicator πŸ“Š

How much do you weigh? Indicators are like the 'scale' of work. Just as a scale shows our body's condition in numbers, indicators show the state of our organization or project in numbers. While the time spent on schedules and tasks is important, indicators that show the status, like progress rate/amount/frequency, are equally important. With this update, Tickitacka now allows you to set indicators for everything from big goals to small daily schedules!

  1. Compass for goals: Indicators tell us where we are and where we're going. When the goal seems far away, check how much closer you've gotten through the indicators and regain your strength!

  2. Data acquisition: Indicators provide an objective status. Create data that you can see in front of you, not based on emotions or intuition, and use it for our decisions. Let's find out more clearly which parts need improvement and where we're stuck.

  3. Performance and visualization: Indicators allow you to show and communicate the achievements we've made at a glance. Set indicators, achieve them, and create a culture of mutual encouragement and celebration!

You can set indicators by opening the wall of each goal or schedule. Try creating one now.

Pin your go-to Team πŸ“Œ

For teams you frequently visit, you can now press the pin button to have them displayed first! The teams you often access and view should be the easiest to enter, right? Move efficiently with a simple button.

  • Use the pin button in the sidebar team list. While the order doesn't change, when moving from the Personal page to the Team page, that team will be shown first.
(We've also added a line to the Shell's sidebar to improve menu visibility)

  • Try using the pin button in the team goal dropdown. Press the pin button next to the team you want, and it will be shown at the very top. You can pin multiple teams, and the most recently pinned team will appear at the top.

Move to Today 🚁

The 'Move to Today' button in Today has been intuitively improved! This button appears when you've navigated to a date other than today. We've enhanced its intuitiveness with an arrow icon, which also indicates the direction. While it's not easy to work on these detailed improvements alongside developing larger features, we're always open to your ideas. If you have any suggestions, please share them with us, and we'll keep them in mind for future updates.

πŸ—žοΈ Team news

  • Our CEO and team members have left for the US for a global accelerating program! They're working tirelessly in the US, introducing our service, attending meetings, and brainstorming. Despite the 14-hour time difference, we're sharing our schedules, checking on work progress, and cheering each other on. It's reassuring to see everyone's hard work recorded as data and to know what everyone is doing in real-time - it continuously deepens our trust. I hope we can all do our best in our respective positions every day, every hour, and meet again soon with smiles.

  • At the beginning of the month, we went on a workation to Sokcho. It was a time filled with sharing our dreams and thoughts, reviewing Tickitacka's timeline from its inception to the present, discussing and working on service updates, and enjoying activities and refreshments. Thank you to Hyunbin, Director Jaejun, and CEO Gyeongmin for preparing such an enjoyable and productive time. This experience will help Tickitacka develop even further.
